Topsy Turvy Guitar Sweet Sixteen Cake
Our Sweet Sixteen wanted a guitar theme cake for her party at Portobello in Oakland NJ. This three tier wonky cake had vanilla, chocolate fudge and almond walnut flavor cakes with chocolate raspberry, vanilla and dulce de leche fillings. The cake is covered in red and chocolate fondant, chocolate stripes and a white fondant bow. The cake is topped with white and red anemone flowers, and hanging guitar charms complete the decoration.
Little Train Baby Shower Cake
A yellow three tier round cake for a Baby Shower at the Publick House Tavern in Chester NJ. The bottom tier is chocolate fudge cake with Madagascar vanilla bean filling, sliced fresh strawberries and cream, while the upper tiers are red velvet cake with cream cheese and white chocolate filling. Fondant stripes, polka dots and bows decorate the cake, which is topped by a train and wagons carrying small gift boxes.
Baptism Cake with Silver Cross
Following a Baptism at Our Lady of Sorrows Church we delivered this cake to a South Orange Christening celebration. The chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mousse buttercream is covered in white fondant, and a silver cross matches the silver dragee decorations around the base.
Roses and Pearls 40th Birthday Cake
This 40th birthday cake was delivered to Montclair NJ. It is a square 3-tier design with lavender colored fondant topped with white roses and a string of sugar pearls, our customer's favorite piece of jewelry. The top tier was lemon coconut cake with lemon curd. The lower tiers had alternating chocolate and vanilla layers with amaretto moccha buttercream.
Roses and Daisies Bat Mitzvah Cake

For a Sweet Sixteen celebration in Short Hills NJ we baked a three tier Topsy Turvy cake in green and white fondant encircled with an orange string bow to match the party color theme. Tiny orange flowers and leaves with stems are piped around the cake. Five gems hang from the top tier. The cake is all chocolate fudge with mint buttercream filling.
Pink Cross First Communion Cake
Pretty pink Primroses form a cross for this First Communion cake, and a pink bow is draped around the white fondant. Each slice reveals custard buttercream and organic strawberry jam.

This two tier sweet sixteen red velvet cake has cream cheese filling. It is covered in blue and white fondant to match the orchids on top, each of which has a blue edible jewel in the center. Pearl and silver dragees with blue gems form a number 16. We delivered the cake and matching cupcakes to Ariana's Grand in Woodbridge NJ.

We delivered this pink cross communion cake to Arugula Restaurant in South Orange NJ. It has a French Vanilla Genoise cake with strawberry cream filling and is covered in light pink fondant. The sides of the cake are decorated with Swiss dots and on top are an assortment sugar butterflies.

A pretty cross communion cake with pink marble fondant and a handcrafted sugar paste girl on top, surrounded by pink flowers. The cake is encircled with fondant pearls and sits on a silver platter. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate and dulce de leche filling.
Nike Sneakers Baby Shower Cake
Our customer in Matawan NJ was organizing a baby shower and asked us to create this dark chocolate and light blue cake. The bottom tier is vanilla cake with amaretto moccha buttercream, and the second tier is chocolate fudge cake with dulce de leche cream filling. Little blue and white fondant footprints plus polka dots adorn the cake. Chocolate ganache piping surrounds the base and the two yellow Nike sneakers on top.
Black Spider and Bats Halloween Cake
We were asked to make a spooky cake for a Halloween party in Short Hills NJ. The tall tier is chocolate cake with dulce de leche buttercream, while the top and bottom tiers are carrot cake with orange chocolate buttercream. Orange fondant covers the cake, a large black spider sits on its web, while flying bats circle above and below. Whooooo!!!
Blue Baptism Cake with Butterflies
For a baptism luncheon in Metuchen NJ we prepared a square two tiered cake topped with a dedication book and decorated with blue butterflies. The first tier was red velvet cake with white chocolate ganache filling and vanilla cake with dulce de leche buttercream on the top tier. A chocolate fondant ribbon surrounds the base of each tier.
Pink Lotus Flowers Birthday Cake
We delivered this two tier cake for a 70th birthday party in Mountain Lakes NJ. Vanilla genoise is moistened with lemon syrup, layers of raspberry preserves and Madagascar vanilla bean buttercream. The cake is decorated with pink fondant ropes, white drapes and piped scrolls. An arrangement of pink lotus flowers and apricot apple blossoms tops off the cake.
Purple Cymbidium 60th Birthday Cake
An offset two-tier square cake with a light purple fondant and wrapped in white fondant ribbons, then topped with small bouquet of purple cymbidium orchids. One tier was vanilla cake with dulce de leche buttercream, and the other was red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. We also made three dozen cookies to match for this 60th birthday celebration in Fords NJ.
Strawberry Shortcake with Building Block Cakes
I modeled the character Strawberry Shortcake out of fondant and she sits on top of a set of building blocks. Each of the blocks is made with pure white vanilla cake with a strawberry cream filling and covered in a light pink fondant. Letters and animal shapes adorn the blocks, which we made for a baby shower.

A special occasion called for layers of pure white vanilla cake with Madagascar vanilla buttercream filling and raspberry jam. This cake is covered in white fondant with blue Swiss dots piped around it, and a blue fondant disc with a white chalice on top. The cake is accompanied by vanilla cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream swirl, and on top a light blue fondant disc and chalice. We delivered the cake to a First Communion celebration in Upper Saddle River NJ.

Purple Sweet Sixteen Crown Cake
A round four tier sweet sixteen cake for a party at Hanover Manor in East Hanover NJ. The tiers of pure white vanilla cake have a thin layer of raspberry jam and chocolate ganache flavored with Framboise liquor. The cake is covered in purple fondant with silver accents, fondant drapes, purple bows and piping. The cake is topped with a silver fondant crown, encrusted with edible jewels.

Paris Theme Topsy Turvy Sweet Sixteen Cake
Our birthday girl is a fan of Paris France, fashion and pink poodles! We created her a three tier topsy turvy cake, topped with a golden Eiffel Tower. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with dulce de leche buttercream filling, covered in a pink fondant and decorated with fondant buttons. The other tiers are vanilla cake with fresh strawberry cream filling. A purple bow is wrapped around the middle tier, while the top tier is purple fondant covered with green diamond shapes.
Pearls and Jewels Bling Sweet Sixteen Cake
Red velvet cake and cream cheese filling were the favorite choice of our Sweet Sixteen. The three-tiered cake is covered in white fondant with a silver fondant ribbon. On top is a red jewel pouch, from which strings of fondant pearls and sugar jewels cascade down the cake.
Cymbidium Orchids and Sweet Peas Graduation Cake
For a deserving Seton Hall University graduate we created a Graduation Cake decorated with yellow Cymbidium orchids and pink Sweet Peas. The bottom tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese and white chocolate filling, then a top tier of walnut almond cake with dulce de leche buttercream. The fondant covered cake has a trim of purple rope drapes and yellow pearls.
Baby Shower Crib Cake
Brown, pink and mint green were the colors for a baby shower. Inside is red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and on the top tier an almond cake with strawberry mousse filling. The chocolate and pink colored fondant is decorated with polka dots and pink fondant bows, then topped with a crib and sleeping baby.
Raspberry Red Bows Engagement Cake
A three tier almond cake with Madagascar vanilla bean filling for a surprise Engagement cake delivered to Short Hills NJ. The bottom tier is a gift box with embossed lid, a second square tier with fondant hearts and a round third tier topped with red fondant bows.
