The bride requested a three tier pure white square cake with simple lines. We designed a series of fondant bows on the front of each tier and the top tier is crowned with an arrangement of looped bows. The cake is chocolate with Madagascar vanilla bean butter cream in two tiers, while the middle tier is pure white cake with chocolate mousse. We delivered it to the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield NJ.
