A square two tier vanilla cake with lemon cream filling and strawberries on the bottom tier, and dulce de leche cream filling on the top. The pink fondant is decorated with bows and sugar butterflies. We delivered the cake to Vu Restaurant at the Hyatt Hotel in Jersey City, with its fabulous Manhattan skyline and Hudson River views.
