Our bride chose a color theme of ivory and light pink, and we made a sugar flower arrangement to match her bridal bouquet. White and fuschia colored Cymbidium orchids are placed on top of the cake, encircled by white callas with a dash of pink. The cake was red velvet and cream cheese with lemon coconut cake and passion fruit curd filling on the other tiers. The ivory fondant is surrounded by a pink fondant ribbon and pink pearls. Paula delivered the cake to Scotch Plains NJ.
