We were commissioned to create a three tier chocolate cake for a 30th wedding anniversary party in Llewellyn Park, West Orange NJ. Almond Walnut cake and Dulce de Leche buttercream, and Chocolate Fudge with Callebaut Chocolate Ganache were the favorites they picked. A red fondant ribbon surrounds each tier, and the chocolate fondant covered cake is topped with a bouquet of hand-made sugar flowers, including poppies, lilies, roses, buds, blossoms and leaves.
