This Tiffany blue wedding cake was made for the "Cakes for Cause" event in Gladstone NJ. It was a chocolate fudge cake with Amaretto Moccha cream and Madagascar Vanilla Bean fillings, which picked up on the bride's love for coffee and coffee shops. The Tiffany blue fondant is covered in an assortment of cast sugar gems to replicate diamonds and aquamarine jewels. The cake is finished with an array of large Magnolia flowers, each with a large gem at the center. We were pleased to earn a close run second place!  (Picture courtesy of DominikaPhoto).
