Bride, groom and family will all want to see a dream cake to grace your wedding, a handcrafted personalized design with edible decorations that is a perfect fit for your special day.

Our bride wanted a mocha colored cake to match her wedding theme. This three tier cake was vanilla with passion fruit cream filling on the bottom and red velvet with cream cheese buttercream on the top tiers. Each tier was wrapped in embossed fondant, while a bouquet of hydrangea sugar flowers and buds topped off the cake.

This Tiffany blue wedding cake was made for the "Cakes for Cause" event in Gladstone NJ. It was a chocolate fudge cake with Amaretto Moccha cream and Madagascar Vanilla Bean fillings, which picked up on the bride's love for coffee and coffee shops. The Tiffany blue fondant is covered in an assortment of cast sugar gems to replicate diamonds and aquamarine jewels. The cake is finished with an array of large Magnolia flowers, each with a large gem at the center. We were pleased to earn a close run second place!  (Picture courtesy of DominikaPhoto).

We created this delightful Ivory Wedding Cake with Pink Peonies for a wedding luncheon at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange NJ. The three tiers were all red velvet cake with lemon buttercream filling, covered in ivory fondant, an embossed lace ribbon around each tier and then decorated with pink peonies.

A pure white three-tier wedding cake covered with a pattern of piped swiss dots. Each tier is wrapped in an embossed fondant ribbon decorated with tiny silver dragees. A bunch of white ranunculus flowers finishes off this pretty display, which we delivered to the Orange Lawn Tennis Club.

This wedding cake is on display at Designer Loft in South Orange NJ for an exclusive Wedding Dress showing. The four tier cake is covered in yellow fondant and has different embossed patterns on each tier. A sparkling sugar bowl decorated with full yellow sugar roses and blossoms tops off the cake.

We made this selection of white mini-cakes with four-leaf flower blossoms and turquoise centers to match the cupcake stand that the bride had delivered to the venue in Green Brook NJ. Each red velvet mini-cake with cream cheese butter cream filling was finished with a turquoise fondant ribbon and placed on its own mini-cake board. The display was topped with a matching white cake to be cut by the bride and groom.

Our bride from Lodi NJ chose a formal white colored wedding cake with bunches of pink and peach colored roses on each of the three tiers. The bottom tier was hazelnut cake with dulce de leche cream filling, while the top tiers were red velvet cake with Madagascar vanilla bean buttercream. We delivered the cake to Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange NJ.

I was delighted to make this ivory wedding cake for a couple from Chatham NJ who were celebrating at the Crystal Springs Resort. The three tier Red Velvet cake had a white chocolate ganache filling and was covered in fondant. Each tier was decorated with a white fondant ribbon and then topped with an arrangement of sugar roses and buds.

The Terrace in the Sky restaurant in Manhattan was the venue for an elegant New York wedding celebration. The bride asked me recreate a hexagonal ivory colored cake that she loved, which had white sugar roses and hydrangeas. The four tiers of red velvet cake have a raspberry buttercream filling and a thin layer of raspberry preserves. Each tier is covered in an ivory fondant, a series of scrolls are piped in icing and then adorned with fondant drapes.

A selection of Red and White open roses and blossoms provides a perfect backdrop for this four tier white wedding cake. Each tier has rose leaf appliques made of fondant. A Cornelli lace pattern is piped inside some of the leaves, and these are embossed with fabric lace from a swatch of the bride's wedding dress.

A three tier square wedding cake designed to match the bride's blue white and silver theme. Each tier is pure white vanilla cake with either white chocolate buttercream or chocolate raspberry filling. The cake is covered in white fondant with blue fondant ribbons and piped swiss dots, and finally a monogram topper chosen by the bride. We delivered the cake to a reception at the Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange NJ.

Blue, Silver and White Theme Wedding Cake
A customer celebrating their 40th birthday never had a formal wedding cake, so that is what we made for their big celebration in South Orange NJ. This traditional square four tier design has two tiers of pure white vanilla cake with dulce de leche cream filling, and the other tiers of red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. White fondant covers the cake and it has fondant drapes shimmering with silver, a monogram and bunches of cascading blue hydrangea sugar flowers.
