These little bugs and bees mini-cakes are just what kids love. This assortment includes the perennial favorite chocolate cake with oreo cream filling, as well as lemon cake with key lime filling for the young fruit fans. A happy looking fondant bug or bee is settled on top of each one.

Daisy Cupcakes
We made this selection of white mini-cakes with four-leaf flower blossoms and turquoise centers to match the cupcake stand that the bride had delivered to the venue in Green Brook NJ. Each red velvet mini-cake with cream cheese butter cream filling was finished with a turquoise fondant ribbon and placed on its own mini-cake board. The display was topped with a matching white cake to be cut by the bride and groom.

We attended a Piano recital in West Orange NJ and made Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese filling. each cupcake is decorated with a fondant circle showing a treble clef.

This Blackjack theme cake is red velvet with a Madagascar vanilla bean buttercream filling and is decorated with playing cards and piles of poker chips. Fondant card suit cut outs and colored beads surround the cake. An assortment of red velvet and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla bean buttercream are all topped with several black and white poker chips. We delivered the cake to the 3 Forty Grill in Hoboken NJ.

Blackjack Cake
We delivered a hundred assorted cupcakes and a matching two tier cake to Ariana's Grand in Woodbridge NJ for a sweet sixteen party. Red velvet, vanilla, chocolate fudge and carrot cake were chosen by the birthday girl, and topped with a swirl of cream cheese, oreo cream, chocolate and cream cheese fillings. Each cupcake had a small white sugar flower with a blue edible gem in the center.

A simple pink cake draped with cascading white stephanotis sugar flowers and pearl centers sits on this cupcake display. Each vanilla cupcake has a vanilla frosting swirl either in pink or ivory colors, topped with a stephanotis blossom or oversized fondant pearls. The cake was delivered to NISI restaurant in Englewood NJ for a beautifully decorated first birthday party.

We delivered a collection of wedding cake favors to a reception in Short Hills NJ. Each one is an individual lemon cake with cream cheese filling and covered in an ivory buttercream. Hydrangea sugar flowers decorate the cake, which is displayed in a clear box tied with a ribbon.

A collection of mini-cake wedding favors for a reception at The Grand Marquis in Old Bridge NJ. Each mini two tier chocolate fudge cake has cream cheese filling and is covered in white fondant with white and black sugar flowers.

We created this beach theme cake and cupcake display for a party at the Assembly in Englewood Cliffs NJ. The white vanilla cake has Madagascar Vanilla bean filling with sliced fresh strawberries, while the assorted cupcakes have frosting tinted a light aqua blue. Two cake cod beach chairs and a selection of fondant seashells and starfish finish off the decoration.

A cool birthday cake in the shape of a black converse shoe, inside is red velvet cake and cream cheese filling. We also made chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with a swirl of French vanilla butter cream topped with a matching fondant star.

The groom wanted a large cake and the bride preferred cupcakes. We delivered this blue paisley themed cake to their celebration in Edison NJ. The cake was French Vanilla with Amaretto Moccha buttercream, while the cupcakes were Red Velvet with a Cream Cheese swirl and a paisley shape to match their blue and silver party invitations.

This mini-cake in the form of a wedding dress is a popular favor for the bridal party. The chocolate cake and chocolate mousse filling is covered in white fondant, decorated with a white bow and sash, as well as small sugar flowers with silver dragees.
