Delivered to the Rock Spring Club in West Orange NJ for a New Year's Eve reception.

A four tier wedding cake with a mosaic pattern inspired by Gaudi's creations and architecture seen by the bridal couple on a visit to Barcelona. Almond pound cake with amaretto moccha filling is covered in an eggshell color fondant, then decorated with pieces of fondant in shades of pink and purple, with others forming a ribbon in shades of blue and turquoise. Delivered to the Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange NJ.

<p>A three tier wedding cake for a reception at the Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange NJ. Flavor combinations were lemon coconut cake with passion fruit filling, red velvet cake with cream cheese filling, and coconut cake with key lime buttercream. The cake is covered in purple fondant, decorated with brushed embroidery flowers and sugar Cymbidium orchids.</p><p>The wedding planner wrote to me: &quot;<span>Paula ~ Everyone loved&nbsp;the cake! Cymbidium Orchids Purple Wedding Cake
We teamed up with Lotus Petals flower shop in Maplewood NJ to display a fresh Dahlia and Hydrangea arrangement on this three tiered ivory fondant wedding cake. Each tier was red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream.

Ivory Rose Blossoms for Wedding Cake
We were commissioned to create a three tier chocolate cake for a 30th wedding anniversary party in Llewellyn Park, West Orange NJ. Almond Walnut cake and Dulce de Leche buttercream, and Chocolate Fudge with Callebaut Chocolate Ganache were the favorites they picked. A red fondant ribbon surrounds each tier, and the chocolate fondant covered cake is topped with a bouquet of hand-made sugar flowers, including poppies, lilies, roses, buds, blossoms and leaves.

Poppies and Lilies Wedding Anniversary Cake
A six tier ivory color wedding cake for a large reception at the Royal Albert Palace in Fords NJ. Inside are tiers of almond pound cake with dulce de leche cream, and chocolate fudge cake with Cannoli filling. A fondant sari with red pearls is draped around the cake, which is decorated with clusters of lilac and white jasmines.

I designed this irregular four tier cake for an Indian Wedding. The latte color fondant is decorated with paisley designs, hand painted damask shapes and fondant cut outs all in a garnet red color that produce a 3-D effect. Piped swiss dots adorn the cake, connecting the various elements and surrounding the base of each tier. An elaborate bridge string work hangs from the bottom tier of the cake. This wedding cake sits on a silver pedestal above a red velvet covered cake stand, that also has a gold brooch.

A perfect aqua colored cake for a summer wedding at the Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange NJ. Groups of shells and pencil starfish decorate each tier, with a small bouquet of Cattleya orchids on top. Each of the orchids contained a small fondant pearl. Inside are two tiers of chocolate pecan cake with chocolate cream filling, while the others were red velvet cake and cream cheese filling.

A four tier topsy turvy wedding cake for a reception held at the Inn at Mill Race Pond in Hope NJ. The bride chose vanilla cake with raspberry cream and lemon curd filling, covered in a pale yellow fondant. Sugar hydrangea flowers encircle each tier and then a bouquet of hydrangeas, roses and lillies top the cake.

A fun spin to a wedding reception. Rock candy pieces with red, orange and yellow colors decorates each of the four tiers on this white wedding cake. On top is a starburst shape of more rock candy! The tiers are red velvet cake and white vanilla cake with Madagascar vanilla bean and chocolate mousse fillings. Delivered to the fabulous Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange NJ.

A three tier round wedding cake delivered to the Twin Maples Historic House in Summit NJ. The cake is chocolate fudge with Madagascar vanilla bean filling. The violet colored fondant is then decorated with bouquets of hydrangeas in different shades of blue.

A peacock feather theme three tier wedding cake delivered to the Freeman Gardens in Glen Ridge NJ. The bottom tier is Coconut cake with Passion Fruit cream filling and the upper tiers are Chocolate fudge cake with Madagascar Vanilla Bean filling. Ivory colored fondant covers the cake, which is decorated with peacock feather eye shapes, pull strings around an elevated base, a bouquet of red sugar roses and with real feathers as the cake topper.

The bride requested a three tier pure white square cake with simple lines. We designed a series of fondant bows on the front of each tier and the top tier is crowned with an arrangement of looped bows. The cake is chocolate with Madagascar vanilla bean butter cream in two tiers, while the middle tier is pure white cake with chocolate mousse. We delivered it to the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield NJ.

Pure White Bow Wedding Cake
A beautiful wedding took place at St Margarites in Mendham NJ. We were pleased to deliver an original three tier cake wrapped in a birch bark fondant, tied with a fondant raffia and with several bunches of pink tulips. The couple's initials were carved into the second tier, as if it were a tree, and the cake was placed on a custom made wood display stand. The guests enjoyed the lemon and red velvet cake layers with lemon buttercream and raspberry jam in this peaceful woodland retreat.
