Bride, groom and family will all want to see a dream cake to grace your wedding, a handcrafted personalized design with edible decorations that is a perfect fit for your special day.

We created this five tier wedding cake for a black and white themed Fundraiser at Bloomingdales in Bridgewater NJ. Each tier had a fondant lace border and then decorated with a white French Anemone sugar flower.

The bride requested a three tier pure white square cake with simple lines. We designed a series of fondant bows on the front of each tier and the top tier is crowned with an arrangement of looped bows. The cake is chocolate with Madagascar vanilla bean butter cream in two tiers, while the middle tier is pure white cake with chocolate mousse. We delivered it to the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield NJ.

The bride requested an ivory colored cake with sugar hydrangeas to match the bouquets on each table at the Baltusrol Golf Club reception. The red velvet cake with cream cheese butter cream filling was also decorated with drapes and additional hydrangea arrangements around the three tiers.

We teamed up with Lotus Petals flower shop in Maplewood NJ to display a fresh Dahlia and Hydrangea arrangement on this three tiered ivory fondant wedding cake. Each tier was red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream.

We were commissioned to create a three tier chocolate cake for a 30th wedding anniversary party in Llewellyn Park, West Orange NJ. Almond Walnut cake and Dulce de Leche buttercream, and Chocolate Fudge with Callebaut Chocolate Ganache were the favorites they picked. A red fondant ribbon surrounds each tier, and the chocolate fondant covered cake is topped with a bouquet of hand-made sugar flowers, including poppies, lilies, roses, buds, blossoms and leaves.

Our bride chose a color theme of ivory and light pink, and we made a sugar flower arrangement to match her bridal bouquet. White and fuschia colored Cymbidium orchids are placed on top of the cake, encircled by white callas with a dash of pink. The cake was red velvet and cream cheese with lemon coconut cake and passion fruit curd filling on the other tiers. The ivory fondant is surrounded by a pink fondant ribbon and pink pearls. Paula delivered the cake to Scotch Plains NJ.

This four tier blue wedding cake was created for an event at the Short Hills Hilton in NJ. Each tier is encircled by a small embossed lace ribbon in white fondant and is then decorated with an oval patch of small white hydrangea sugar flowers to match the hydrangea bouquet on top.

I designed this irregular four tier cake for an Indian Wedding. The latte color fondant is decorated with paisley designs, hand painted damask shapes and fondant cut outs all in a garnet red color that produce a 3-D effect. Piped swiss dots adorn the cake, connecting the various elements and surrounding the base of each tier. An elaborate bridge string work hangs from the bottom tier of the cake. This wedding cake sits on a silver pedestal above a red velvet covered cake stand, that also has a gold brooch.

A four tier hexagonal wedding cake adorned with a selection of ivory, pink and burgundy colored sugar roses and hydrangeas. The cake is red velvet with layers of Madagascar vanilla bean buttercream filling. Ivory fondant covers the cake, which is decorated with fondant drapes and a piped scroll design to match the invitations. We delivered the cake to the Meadow Wood Manor in Randolph NJ.

A perfect aqua colored cake for a summer wedding at the Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange NJ. Groups of shells and pencil starfish decorate each tier, with a small bouquet of Cattleya orchids on top. Each of the orchids contained a small fondant pearl. Inside are two tiers of chocolate pecan cake with chocolate cream filling, while the others were red velvet cake and cream cheese filling.

The groom wanted a large cake and the bride preferred cupcakes. We delivered this blue paisley themed cake to their celebration in Edison NJ. The cake was French Vanilla with Amaretto Moccha buttercream, while the cupcakes were Red Velvet with a Cream Cheese swirl and a paisley shape to match their blue and silver party invitations.

This is a four tier cake for a modern wedding. It has a dark chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese filling in two layers and white vanilla cake with belgian chocolate ganache in the other two. The cake is covered in pure white fondant, decorated with black and white flowers and silver dragees.

Cascading White Stephanotis
A beautiful wedding took place at St Margarites in Mendham NJ. We were pleased to deliver an original three tier cake wrapped in a birch bark fondant, tied with a fondant raffia and with several bunches of pink tulips. The couple's initials were carved into the second tier, as if it were a tree, and the cake was placed on a custom made wood display stand. The guests enjoyed the lemon and red velvet cake layers with lemon buttercream and raspberry jam in this peaceful woodland retreat.

This beautiful three-tier white wedding anniversary cake is adorned with Gerbera daisies in shades of red and orange, with a few small white blossoms and green fondant ribbons. The bottom tier was a rich walnut almond cake with dulce de leche cream, the top tiers were red velvet cake with lemon buttercream filling. We delivered the cake to the Cavalier Regency in Roselle NJ.
